1. 初步諮詢 - Initial Consultation:
了解需求、風格偏好和預算。

2. 項目提案 - Project Proposal:
根據初步諮詢,將構思一份設計方案和估算。
Based on the preliminary consultation, a design proposal and estimate will be developed.

3.合同簽訂 - Contract Signing:
在有共識方案後,簽訂合同,項目款項將按階段收取。
After reaching a consensus plan, a contract will be signed, and project payments will be collected in stages.

4. 設計發展 - Design Development:
設計具體化(平面圖、效果圖和材料等)。
Design materialization (floor plans, renderings, materials, etc.)

5. 施工管理 - Construction Management:
紙上談兵與現實交織。
Theory and reality intertwine.

6. 完工後15天內 - After-Sales Service:
在項目完成15天內滿意,我們才收取尾款。
We will only collect the final payment if you are satisfied within 15 days after project completion

Design Service Questions

整個設計和施工過程需要多長時間?

時間取決於項目的範疇和複雜度。從初步諮詢到設計完成需要數週不等,而施工階段數月不等。



How long does the entire design and construction process take?

Depends on the scope and complexity of the project. It takes several weeks from the initial consultation to the completion of the design, while the construction phase can take several months.

Deployment Content (Conventions)


a. Draw design plans and quotations based on the blueprints and project specifications.
b. After the client signs the agreement, create 3D design drawings and detailed construction drawings according to departmental regulations for different areas.
c. Submit the food manufacturing license application to the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
d. Submit the water meter application drawings to the Water Supplies Department through a registered plumber.
e. Submit the increased electricity meter application drawings to CLP Power through a registered electrician.

Construction Content (Conventions)


1. Site inspection and assessment, precise measurement of unit space.
2. Demolition work.
3. Plumbing and electrical work, carried out concurrently.
4. Masonry work conducted independently.
5. Painting work.
6. Fire protection system installation (usually designated contractors by the owner).
7. Ventilation system and air conditioning system installed concurrently.
8. Carpentry work.
9. Cleaning work.
